Langtang Valley trek is an easy and enjoyable destination from 19 miles north of
Kathmandu and close to the border of Tibet. it offers the shortest approach to
snowy mountains from Kathmandu.. We trek through the forests of the Langtang
valley to the alpine meadows and yak pastures around Kyangjin. After an ascent
of Kyangjin Ri, from where the 360 degree mountain views are truly spectacular,
we retrace our route back down the valley to Syabru Bensi and then drive back to
Kathmandu. With the hightlights of Tibetan village at Langtang - Amazing views
of Langtang Ri, Ganesh Himal, Lang Sisa .
Outline Itinerery
Day 01 Drive, Kathmandu / Syabrubesi (8 hours)
Day 02 Syabrubesi / Lama Hotel (2480 m.)
Day 03 Lama Hotel / Langtang village (3541 m.)
Day 04 Langtang / Kyangjin Gompa (3800 m.)
Day 05 Day hiking back to Kyangjin Gompa
Day 06 Kyangjin Gompa / Ghora Tabela (2950 m.)
Day 07 Ghora Tabela / Bamboo (2100 m.)
Day 08 Bamboo / Syabrubesi
Day 09 Drive back to Kathmandu
