It is a camping trek. Walking from the Kyanjin Gompa at the Langtang route south to Tarke Gyang in Helambu involves crossing the 5106m. Ganja La Pass . The pass is usually blocked by snow from December to March and at any time a bad weather change can make crossing the pass decidedly dangerous. The walk takes five days climb between Kyanjing Gompa to Tarke Gyang. There is no permanent settlement. The final climb to the pass on both sides is ste

This is a trip which offers a delightful exploration of ancient temples and shrines of the three medieval kingdoms of Nepal. This trip takes you on a mystical historical tour where the past is still alive in the present, where tradition tirelessly repeats itself into a culture that remains imbedded by an ancient history & culture created by the kings of past generations where religious doctrines are strictly adhered to till this very day. Included in the tour is the ancient city of Bhaktapur, the very old Hindu temple and cremation cemetery at Pashupatinath and the huge Buddhist stupa at Boudhnath. The tour also covers fascinating temples at Patan Durbar Square and Swayambunath, known as the ‘monkey temple’ (real monkeys - that can really be a pain in the neck sometimes. Day 01: KATHMANDU  Day 1 抵达加德满都，从机场接送至酒店
Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. Receive & transfer to the hotel. Check-in and freshen up. If time left Sightseeing of local bazaar in Asan and Indra chouk.  Overnight at hotel.

Day 02: KATHMANDU   Day2加德满都观光一日游
Breakfast at the hotel. Full day sightseeing of  the temple of Pashupatinath; one of the most important shrine of Lord Shiva  on the subcontinent which is place of thousand of devotees, Saddhus (holy hindu men called Baba), and can be seen the cremating body most of the times in the bank of holy river Bagmati. Here Hundreds of monkeys are surrounding and teasing you and take a time to explore surrounding area. After pashupatinath, we proceed towards Boudhanath Stupa, one of the biggest Buddhist stupa in the world with lots of Tibetan refugees praying and mediating  around, Monks and nuns performing daily Buddhist rituals,etc.  After Lunch we visit Patan Durbar Square which is also known as the city of fine arts and ancient Palaces and temples. Overnight at hotel.

Day 03: NAGARKOT   Day3 巴德岗杜巴广场，纳加阔特
Breakfast at the hotel. Sightseeing of Bhaktapur Durbar Square also Known as City of Devotees. This traditional and traffic free town is the third biggest town in the Valley which still looks like the medieval town with the same ancient houses or modern but built in the same old pattern, narrow and ancient roads, people with traditional dresses and jobs like Pottery, farming in the field with traditional tools, etc.  We’ll explore the medieval places like squares, courtyards and temples of this vibrant town. After lunch drive to Nagarkot(2195m.) which takes about an hour through scenic and picturesque hilly road.  Check-in at the hotel. Sunset view over Himalaya. Overnight at a resort in Nagarkot

Day 04: MONASTERY   Day4参观Soyambhu寺庙（猴子庙）

 Get up early in the morning for the best Himalayan view including Mt. Everest and many more of 7 thousands and 6 thousands in Himalaya and Langatng range. This is one of the best place in Nepal for sun rise view as we see the rising sun coming below your foot level in between the highest mountains in the world.  From Nagarkot drive to Kopan Monastery( Or Namo Buddha,Soyambhu or any other monastery depending upon the availability of the meditation course in the time of your visit) for One day Meditation course in the Buddhist Monastery. Share and learn a lot about the Buddhist practices, beliefs, etc. Overnight in the Monastery with Monks and Nuns.

( For those Not interested in meditation, we have an option of Hiking from Nagarkot to Sundarijal passing through the typical Nepalese villages beneath the Himalayan range with beautiful mountain views, woods in the Shivapuri national Park with bird watching tour as this place is very good home for birds in Nepal with lots of water falls, springs, etc. Overnight in a Hotel in Kathmandu)

Day 05: CHITWAN    Day5 奇旺森林探险，大象骑行。
Breakfast at the Monastery and  Drive to Chitwan. Check-in at the resort in Chitwan. Walk around the village of one of the most typical Nepalese ethnic group called THARU. See their way of life, learn about their culture, tradition, taste some of their foods, etc. In the evening Grill party (for Non vegetarian) and similar standard of food for vegetarian or Vegan in the resort after the Cultural program showing different dances, music, arts and activities of Tharu ethnicity. 

(For all or Interested travelers, we can organize a rafting of two hour on the river TRISULI taking extra charge (approximately 60-65 $) which is on the way and later proceed to Chitwan, We will manage everything for you. )如有需要，我们可另外安排漂流，额外收费大约60-65美金。

Day 06: CHITWAN  Day6奇旺森林探险

Full day jungle activities within the National Park. Activities Includes Canoe ride in the morning after Breakfast and jungle walk as bird watching tour. Later, Elephant ride in to the forest to see other animals like Rhinoceros, Leopards, Deer, Royal stag, Boar, Gharaile crocodile, Monkeys, Hippo,  etc. for sure and Tiger (if you are lucky only) and many birds, reptiles and insects, plants and herbs. After Lunch Visit to Elephant breading centre where you can see at least 20 Elephant Mothers with their young ones. Our guide will share you the interesting stories about the Elephants there. Overnight at the Jungle resort

Day 07: POKHARA  Day7奇旺—（豪华旅游巴士）博卡拉—徒步至和平佛塔，一小时费瓦湖泛舟
Breakfast at the resort. Drive to Pokhara. Check-in at the hotel. Hike to World peace stupa on the top of the mountain on the other side of the pristine fewa Lake including 1 hour boating in Fewa Lake. Overnight in Pokhara

Day 08: POKHARA/DHAMPUS TREKKING   Day8博卡拉观光，博卡拉徒步至DHAMPUS

Full day sightseeing of Pokhara and Sarangkot with the stunning view of the Himalayas. The Places we visit in Pokhara are Davis’ fall, Gupteshor Cave , Mahendra Cave, Mountain Museum, etc. In the afternoon Drive to fedi to start Treks to DHAMPUS. We make a gentle trek of about 3-4 hours and finally reach to the besutiful Gurung Village in Dhampus surrounded by some of the worlds highest mountains like Annapurna and Dhaulagiri. The Gurung People ( one of the ethnical group of Nepal) are very rich in cultural and traditional activities. Their dishes are one of the best in Nepal. So we spend the evening in a Hotel with full of such activities like sharing things between them and you.

DAY 09: DHAMPUS/POKHARA    Day9 DHAMPUS徒步至博卡拉

After enjoying the Morning beauty of the Mountains and the typical village, we trek back to fedi following the beautiful villages on the way with full of flora and fauna on the way. We arrive Pokhara on the mid day and take a rest for that day.

  (But Interested can drive to Sarangkot for Paragliding or Zeep flyer for an hour or half an hour paying extra charge. Sarangkot is another beautiful Hill station best for the mountains view and sunrise/sunset view where we will manage everythings needed)

Day 10: KATHMANDU   Day10博卡拉—（豪华旅游巴士）加德满都
Breakfast at the hotel.Drive to Kathmandu passing through the beautiful Marshyangdi and Trisuli River banks for more then three hours, water falls, springs, hanging & shaking Bridges, Local villages, etc. and stopping in between (Only if we choose private jeep because tourist bus does not stop on the way) . Rest in kathmandu for half of the day. Overnight at Hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 11: VILLAGE TOUR AND HOME STAY:  Day11参观当地村子和家庭寄宿

 This day we will take you to the sightseeing of the cultural places quite out of Kathmandu in Dakshinkali temple, Farping Monastery, Shesh Narayan and Chovar; a Place of very high importance in the formation of Kathmandu valley as mentioned in Hindu and Buddhist mythology. In the afternoon Visit to Soyambhunath Stupa also known as Monkey temple because of being the habitat of thousands of Monkeys. From here you will have the 360 degree view of the Kathmandu valley nestled around this small hill.

In the evening we take you to a typical Nepalese village close to Kathmandu for dinner in the local home. Try the local dishes… very delicious, very traditional, very healthy, very colorful and very much ;)

See and study the general life style of the village life in Nepal, ask about the culture, tradition, culture, language, politics, etc of Nepal with the locals. Learn some language, Make the evening the best you can. Depending upon the interest and conditions of the travelers we will either take them back to the Hotel in Kathmandu or keep them in the village in the local Houses. 

Day 12: FREE DAY IN KATHMANDU. Day12;加德满都自由行（如有需要可配导游）

Shopping, rest, relax or visit or do something which you want. We will assist you in guiding if you need which  is free of cost. You have the opportunities to visit sauna centres, massage, Discos,clubs, pubs, Casino or so on….

Mt.Everest view trek  珠穆朗玛峰观景徒步

Visiting Mt. Everest region is a dream of many adventure lovers in the world. The reasons of visiting the region may differ from person to person. Some may visit for their personal goal, while others for experiencing culture and adventure. The trek is prepared for those who have limited time and can not trek to the higher altitude. Besides, the trek is also popular among the senior citizens. Comparatively it is shorter than Everest Base Camp trek. In this trek, we would reach only up to Tyangboche monastery which is situated at an altitude of 3870m. It is the highest altitude of the trek.

珠穆朗玛峰是世界上众多户外爱好者的梦想之地。珠穆朗玛峰观景路线是专为那些时间有限而且不想挑战高海拔的户外爱好者设计的，甚至对于年纪大的游客也完全没有问题。相对来说这条路线比较短，而且最高海拔只有3870米。

We enter the Khumbu region by air trough Kathmandu –Lukla flight. It takes around 40 minutes to reach Lukla from Kathmandu. Upon arrival at Lukla, we get refreshed in one of the best hotels and then start our trek. The trek continues through the lush vegetation of Sagarmatha National Park with pine forests, rhododendron flowers and an abundance of wildlife to Namche Bazaar (3442m).我们会乘坐飞机从加德满都到Lukla(40分钟),然后进入Khumbu，入住当地最好的旅馆，接着徒步至Namche.
A day at Namche is spent for acclimatization and then we proceed to Tyangboche (3930m), the home to the highest Buddhist monastery in the world (4100m). 一天在Namche适应环境，然后徒步至Tyangboche，世界上海拔最高的佛教寺庙所在地。

The later days of this adventure journey will be spent in the delightful and scenic villages of Khunde (3500m) and Khumjung where we will have the opportunity to interact with the legendary Sherpa people and participate in their astonishing traditional lifestyle. Finally, we come back to Kathmandu through Lukla. 接下来几天我们将会在Khunde的村子里面度过，可以接触到具有传奇色彩的夏尔巴人，体验他们原汁原味的传统生活方式。

Itinerary :行程

Day 01:Kathmandu (1320m) Day1 加德满都
Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA). Upon arrival at the airport, you would be received by our representative and then transfer to hotel.

Day 02:Kathmandu to Lukla (2886m) and then to Phakding (2640m.) Day2加德满都—（飞机）Lukla(海拔2886米)徒步至Phakading海拔（2640米）
We take early flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2886m.). Upon arrival at Lukla, we would be refreshed in one of the hotels and then start our trek to Phakding (2640 m.). We trek following a gentle climb up the mountainside on the left bank of the Dudh Koshi. Nupla (5885m) can be seen in a stone throwing distance on the opposite bank. In the late afternoon, we reach Phakding.

Day 03:Phakding to Namche Bazzar (3440m.) Day3 Phakding至Namche Bazzar（海拔3340米）
Having breakfast at Phakding, we commence our trek to Namche Bazaar (3440 m.).The trail goes along the right bank of Dudh Koshi. Thamserku is standing majestically skyward on the opposite bank. We then reach Bengar. The trail now climbs from the riverbed on the left bank into the mountain, through a forest to Chumoa. We continue along the trail with many ups and downs; cross a stream, and pass by the tiny village Monjo. We then come to Sagarmatha National Park Service where a park entrance fee is to be deposited. We follow a short walk along the riverbed of this V-shaped valley where the river forks Dudh Koshit to the right Bhote Koshi to the left. Now we begin steep ascent to Namche Bazar. On the way, we would have excellent views of Everest (8848m) and Lhotse (8516m.).Surrounded on three sides by mountain ranges, Namche Bazar (3440m) is a central hub of the area for food, trekking gears and other necessary goods.

Day 04:Acclimatization at Namche Bazzar Day4;在Namche Bazzar适应海拔和环境，为徒步做准备
We take rest at Namche Bazaar (3440 m.) for acclimatization. It is considered as an ideal place for acclimatization to the high altitude before heading towards Tyangboche. We go up to Khhumjung monastery. It is a small settlement of Sherpa community. We enjoy the splendid view of Mt. Everest, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Nuptse, Lhotse, Tawche, Kwangde and so on from here. While returning to Namche, we would visit Museum just above the town that exhibits Sherpa culture.

Day 05:Namche Bazaar to Khumjung (3780m.)Day5 NamcheBazzar徒步至Khumjung
Taking breakfast at Namche Bazaar, we would be heading towards Khumjung (3780m.). The route starts by climbing up to the Shyangboche airstrip just above the airstrip is the Everest View Hotel, a Japanese scheme to build a deluxe hotel with great views of the highest mountains on Earth. Overnight at Khumjung.

Day 06:Khumjung to Tyangboche (3860m.) Day6 Khumjung徒步至Tyangboche（海拔3860米）
Having breakfast in the teahouse at Khumjung, we trek to Tyangboche situated at 3860m. Besides, we would also visit the famous Tengboche Gompa which is situated at (4100m)
From this point, we would also have a glimpse of Ama Dablam, Everest and other peaks.

Day 07:Tengboche to Monjo (2835m.)Day7Tengboche徒步至Monjo（海拔2835米）
Today our trek goes down to the Fuki Tenga and steady climb and continuous walk to Namche Bazaar. After reaching Namche, we would be descending to the village of Monjo situated at the height of 2950m.

Day 08:Monjo to Lukla  Day8 Monjo 徒步至Lukla
Walking through the bank of Dudhkosi River and climbing an hour, we reach Lukla. We would go around Lukla. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 09:Lukla to Kathmandu Day9 Lukla飞机–加德满都
We board our early flight from Lukla to Kathmandu. We go for shopping in the afternoon. Farewell dinner would be served in the evening.

This　Poon　hill, Ghorepani trek is an easy trek and is a very popular one in Nepal. The highest point of this trek (3200 mtrs) and for many the highlight is an early morning pilgrimage to Poon Hill for a spectacular sunrise over the Himalayas, where the mountains stretch as far as the eye can see North towards Tibet West towards the Dhaulagiri Himal and East with superb views of the Annapurna Himal. Not a difficult trek, but it helps if you have a reasonable degree of fitness. This trek is considered to be the best introduction to trekking with some spectacular views.
